Michael Keith Valero

Michael Valero was born on May 1, 1987 to Doy and Aida Valero in West Covina, California and younger brother to Jenny and Dennis. Michael passed away on June 26, 2022. He was 35 years old.

He spent his childhood in Baldwin Park going to St. John the Baptist for elementary and middle school and graduated from Baldwin Park High School. After high school, he went to Cal Poly Pomona where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology and Operations Management and his Masters in Business Administration from California Baptist University. He worked for healthcare organizations in Corona, Palm Desert, Tucson, and Los Angeles progressing in his career as a financial analyst.

Michael was a fierce competitor and received his black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He was captain of the basketball team in Junior High at St. John's and played tennis all four years of high school. Michael was a huge sports fan, and his favorite teams were the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Rams and Chargers, and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Michael was a huge foodie. He learned how to cook by watching the Food Network. He was always watching the Food Network to try out new recipes. Michael also loved watching the Travel Channel to find out the best food cities and countries to go to for his next vacation.

Michael was a great son, a fun-loving brother and uncle, and a loyal friend. Michael will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of travel and adventure.
