Michael V. Fowler

Plaistow, NH: Michael V. Fowler, 50, a resident of Plaistow for the past twenty-one years, died June 2, 2016 at Merrimack Valley Hospice House, following a long and courageous battle with an extended illness.

Born in Lawrence, son of Mary Lou (Rivizzo) (Fowler) Becotte and the late Charles Fowler, he was raised and educated in Methuen, graduating in 1984 from Methuen High School where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team. He was employed as a mechanic at Moschetto Bros, Inc. of Methuen for several years.

Michael enjoyed camping and tournament golfing and was a fan of all Boston and New England sports teams.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife of twenty-five years, Lisa M. (Vittorioso) Fowler, two sons, Justin M. Fowler and Nicholas V. Fowler of Plasitow, his mother Mary Lou (Rivizzo) (Fowler) Becotte of South Carolina, two sisters, Colleen Fowler and Betty Fantuzzi, both of South Carolina, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Charles "Tim" Fowler and his step-father Roger Becotte.

A private family funeral service and a Celebration of His Life will be held. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 North Ave. Haverhill.
