Mauro S. Dawa passed away at age 78 on December 29, 2015 . He was born on April 15, 1937 to Urbano & Lucia Dawa in La Union, Philippines. Mauro married Adelina Lagang in 1959 whom was by his side when he was suddenly ushered to Heaven. Mauro is survived by his beloved wife Adelina, his sister Mercedes, 4 children: Danilo, Editha, Elvira, Dante, 7 grandchildren: Jennifer, Jeffrey, Priscilla, Hazel, Bryan, Janina, Leb, and 2 great grandchildren: John and Lorraine. A viewing will be held at the Magnolia in Forest Lawn next Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 10am-4pm. Following that, a prayer service will be held from 5pm-9pm at the Memory Chapel in Forest Lawn. The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the Church of our Heritage, Forest Lawn at 9:30am. Reception to follow.
