Mary Catherine Liming Smith, 95, born on March 9, 1922, in Orange, California, passed away May 11, 2017. She resided in Long Beach, California at the time of her passing. She is predeceased by her husband, Leon Smith, and her daughter, Sharon Towner Stewart, she leaves her son, Steven Smith, daughter, Laura Smith-Black; 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and friends. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.

Graveside service for close family members. A memorial service is being planned for the summer.
