Mary Ellen (Olguin) Molina, 75, of Seal Beach, California went to be with the Lord surrounded by her family on June 19, 2018. She was born February 17, 1943 in Bernalillo, New Mexico.

Mary was raised in Los Angeles after her parents Stanley and Juanita relocated from Bernalillo when she was a child. Mary graduated from Bishop Conaty Girls High School and started her career at New York Life. After she was married in August 1961 she gave birth to a son, Ermilio and two years later a daughter Christine. Shortly thereafter she joined the U.S. Postal Service dedicating her service and a distinguished career of 33 years at Worldway Center, Inglewood and Bellflower Post Offices where in addition to her duties she mentored and trained many employees in multiple disciplines of mail delivery and customer service engagements. Mary lovingly raised her children beginning in their middle school years as a single parent, managing the household and balancing her job all through evening shifts. In 2004 she began her retirement at Leisure World, Seal Beach. To everyone Mary was patient, sweet, gentle, kind and caring inside and out and will be greatly missed. She attended St. Hedwig Catholic Church in Los Alamitos.

Mary was predeceased by her beloved father Stanley, mother Juanita (Baca), and by her brothers Richard, Joe, Ace, Tony, and Wilfred. Mary is survived by her son Ermilio and his wife Jane, her daughter Christine, sister Betty Cotton, brother-in-law Thomas Cotton and son Tom, his wife Heidi and their children, daughter Lisa and grandson Paul, sister Joanne Mays and her son Michael Quiros and his wife Rose and their son Stanley, daughter Debbie Edgell, her husband David and her sons Justen and Brenden Turner, brother Wilfred's sons Will Jr., Raymond and his wife Christine and their son, Ricky and his wife, daughter Angie, daughter Liz and her husband Skip as well as many other nieces and nephews.
