Mary Ann Judd

Mary Ann (Plym) Judd, 84, of Garden Grove, Ca., formerly of Elmwood, Il. passed away Saturday, May 24, 2014 at her residence.

She was born September 8, 1929, to John and Anna Plym in Knox County, Il. She married Virgil D. Judd on July 29, 1956 in Elmwood. He preceded her in death Feb. 6, 2013 in Garden Grove.

Surviving is one brother, Wendell Plym, of DesMoines, Ia., and sister-in-law Jeannie Plym of Elmwood, and brother-in-law Charles Judd of Aurora, Co. Mary Ann was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. She was a beloved aunt to her many nieces and nephews. Mary Ann graduated from LaFayette High School in 1947. She was a secretary at Caterpillar Tractor Co. before moving to Ca. with her husband, and was secretary for her husband's CPA practice until their retirement. She had belonged to several business women's associations in the Garden Grove area. She was of the Methodist faith.

A memorial service will be held 2:30, Saturday, May 31, in Hope Chapel at Forest Lawn in Cypress, Ca. with interment immediately following.
