Mary E. Heffernan, 77, of Woodland Hills, CA passed away April 13, 2016. Mary is survived by her husband of 56 years, Joe, daughter Patricia, sons Brian, Timothy and Michael and grandsons Nicholas and Owen. Mary was born in East Meadow, New York to Joseph Bachety of Bronx, New York and Jane Rowley Bachety of Limerick, Ireland. Mary was a dedicated wife and mother, devoting her life to her family and friends. A viewing will be held Wednesday, April 20 from 5-9PM at Forest Lawn. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mel Church in Woodland Hills on Thursday, April 21 at 10:30AM. The family will be receiving guests after the services at Woodland Hills Country Club, 21150 Dumetz Road, between Canoga Ave. and Serrania. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Mary's name to CLEAR (Canine Lymphoma Education Awareness and Research at clearcaninecancer.com).
