Marly worked in Property Management for many years in Minneapolis and California, retiring from Avalon Bay Communities.
Siblings Carlyle, Robert, and Carol preceded her in death. She is survived by sisters, Karen Pitkanen (David), of Prior Lake, Minnesota and Ruth Warren (William Gary) of Portland, Oregon and sister-law Yvonne Peterson of Wright, MN. She also leaves behind a stepson, David Straus, a stepdaughter Erin Schulte and nephews, Timothy and Jeff Pitkanen, Brad, Henry and Keith Peterson, Kevin and Scott York plus a niece, Karla Peterson.
Service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Hollywood Hills, on Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 12:30 p.m.
