Marlon was born September 28, 1965 in Pasig, Philippines, the third of eight daughters and sons of Manuel Estrada and Adelaida Leccio Estrada. He spent much of his life in Pasig, Philippines where he attended Rizal High School and graduated from a vocational painting course, as an excellent student.
At the age of 17, Marlon would think of his family after they have lost their home due to fire. He decided to leave the country and work abroad in Saudi Arabia for seven consecutive years, in order for him to provide a financial support for his family. During those times, he became a Christian and attended the Bible School to study Theology. He was surrounded by his fellow Filipino colleagues. Through his passion, faith, and beliefs he was able to serve and be assigned to the prison ministry. It was a very difficult mission to serve in that specific country. But, by God's grace â nothing is impossible!
After seven years living abroad, he came back to the Philippines and was able to continue serving different ministries such as: Basketball ministry, church worker ministry as an electrician & craftsman, and actively participating Medical Mission from different parts and provinces in the Philippines. By doing all of these ministries and works, Marlon have accomplished all of these without any monetary fund and continuously living by faith. After several years, he went back to travel and worked overseas again in Saudi Arabia as a construction worker for two years. He came back in the Philippines in 1992, because of the love and faith, he continue to work on his evangelism ministry mission.
Marlon and Merlyn Estrada became friends on August of 1992. The couples both have prayed for their partners and it became a reality. They got married on February 26, 1993 and they were blessed to have two beautiful and great children (Marvin, 14 yrs and Mikayla, 5 yrs.).
