Marianne Cannon, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away on April 19, 2024, in Burbank, California surrounded by family. She was born on May 17,1947 in Naples, Italy to her loving parents Felicia (Carbone) and Ebron Barbarito. Marianne is survived by her devoted husband of 50 years, Thomas Cannon, her daughters Brianne Cannon Walters and Amanda Winquist. She will be deeply missed by her three grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

Marianne lived a life full of love, faith, and adventure. She was known for her unstoppable spirit, kindness and love of desserts. Marianne's unforgettable positivity and unwavering faith in God touched everyone around her. Her warm personality and infectious laugh brought light and joy to all who knew her.

Marianne was dedicated to giving back to the community. She was most passionate about the work she did at St. Joseph's church in New Paltz, NY. For decades, she selflessly gave her time to help others and played a key role in forming their RCIA Program for children.

In addition to her generous nature and strong faith, Marianne was also an avid traveler and cook who enjoyed experiencing different cultures, and creating delicious food for those she loved. She had a zest for life that was contagious to all fortunate enough to cross paths with her.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at the visitation service being held at Forest Lawn - Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles on May 6, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM. A funeral service will follow on May 7th at Saint Finbar Church in Burbank starting at 10:00 AM.

Marianne Cannon will be remembered not only for her remarkable achievements, but for the love and kindness she shared with everyone she met. Her legacy of compassion, generosity, and strength will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. May she rest in peace.
