Marcosa Reyes Garcia, 95, born on April 25, 1923, in Manila , Philippines, passed away August 4, 2018. She was in the emergency room at Kaiser Permanente in Harbor City when her heart took it's final beat. Marcosa was a homemaker her entire life and devoted her life to care for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was married to Mario Garcia, who preceeded her death in 1983. She was the mother of 5 children; two of whom passed before her, Marissa and Tito. She is survived by her son Larry, her daughters Luz and Monina, and all of her grandchildren. Visitation will be held on August 9, 2018 at Forest Lawn in the city of Cypress from 10am - 9pm. The funeral service mass will be held on August 10, 2018 at 9am at Forest Lawn in Cypress followed by the burial at Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes at 1pm. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California.
