Marcos Reyes

Marcos, fondly known as "Dad," "Arke," and "Mano," passed away on Friday, June 21, 2024, at the age of 76. He was born on April 22, 1948, in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years, Criselda; his sons, John, Ariel, and Marc; his daughters, Bella, Lotta, and Macey; and his ten cherished grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Chito, and his siblings, Danilo, Efren, Galo, Marlene, and Christine.

Marcos pursued a degree in Agriculture at the University of the Philippines and then served as a Customs Police Agent at the Philippines International Airport. In 1990, he and Criselda immigrated to the United States with their children. He provided for his family as an electrician and retired from Amtrak after 27 years of service.

 He was respected and beloved by his family, friends, and co-workers. An avid outdoorsman, he was deeply knowledgeable in bow hunting, target shooting, and horseback riding. He also had a passion for karaoke and ballroom dancing. Marcos lived a life full of adventures and fiercely loved his wife and family.

While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing he is no longer suffering. In honor of his final wishes, Marcos' remains will be cremated on July 15th at Glendale Forest Lawn, followed by a memorial service on July 20th at Cypress Forest Lawn from 2:30 to 6:30 pm there will be a mass at 4:30 PM . All who are able are invited to pay their respects at the memorial service on July 20th.

His legacy of love, dedication, and joy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
