Manuel Perez, 82, of Dana Point, California, passed away on December 16, 2025 surrounded in love by his devoted family. Manuel lived a life rich in love, laughter, and wisdom. He was a cherished husband, life partner, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose warmth and insight touched all who knew him.

Manuel was preceded in death by his parents, Sally and Manuel Perez, his Late Wife, Kathleen Young Perez, his daughter Krystine Booth, and his brother and sister-in-law, Tino and Jesse Perez. He is survived by his life partner of 15 years, Anita McNeil; his daughters Christine Erwin, Marcy Booth Elias (Emily), Kathleen Wharton (Rick), and Angel Ramos; 14 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his siblings: Eleanor “ChaCha” Monroe (Jim); Tony Perez, Sylvia Meyri (Jerry), Victor Perez, Marilu Canas (Mike), Rob Perez (Beverly), and RD Perez (Amy), along with a large extended family of his aunt and uncle, and nieces and nephews who adored him.

Manuel’s legacy is one of kindness, resilience, and unwavering love for his family. His memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate to share in his life.
