Manuel "Manny" A. Leaban, a kind and welcoming soul, passed away on November 01, 2023, in California. He was surrounded by his loving family until the end. Manny was born in Cavite Philippines on September 01, 1954.
Manny cherished the moments spent with his family. Manny leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished moments. He is survived by his devoted spouse Westfalia, who stood by his side through all of life's joys and challenges.
Manny was a pillar of strength for his 6 beautiful children: Melanie, Michelle, Mayette, Patrick, Diorella and Amber ; who all look up to him. He provided guidance and unwavering support as they navigated life's journey.
He has 10 grandchildren. Each one held a special place in his heart.
Manny has 2 sisters: Carolina Leaban and Perlita Leaban- Elayda.
In addition to his immediate family, he leaves behind an extended circle of love that includes his son-in-laws and family friends, they became a part of the ever-growing family he adored.
To honor Manny's memory and celebrate his life, visitation services will be held at Forest Lawn - Long Beach - Mission Room in Long Beach on November 24th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. On November 25th at the same location but in the Memorial Chapel starting from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, a final opportunity to say goodbye will be offered. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Memorial Chapel.
Manny Leaban will forever remain in our hearts as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
