Magda Irinna Robles

January 7, 1945 — February 2, 2022

Magda Irinna Robles, age 77, born on January 7, 1945, in Guatemala City, Guatemala, passed away February 2, 2022 at her home with family by her side in Los Angeles, CA.

Magda graduated in 1965 with a teaching degree from Liceo Frances in Guatemala City and started her teaching career as an elementary school teacher from 1965-1967. She continued her career when she came to the United States in 1968 and earned two Associate Degrees at Los Angeles Community College- all while teaching from 1990 - 2012 at Dayton Heights Early Education Center as a preschool teacher for 22 years.

Magda was highly educated and spent a lot of her younger days studying hard. She earned a typing degree in December of 1973 and an Associate's in Arts in May of 1986. Magda also served as the treasurer & Sunday school program director at Iglesia Cristiana Antioquia for 40 years and was recognized with an award in December of 1990.

Magda was blessed with a large and loving family. Her biggest loves were her grandchildren. She spent her days sowing all sorts of clothes and bags for them. Magda loved flowers with lively colors. She was very crafty and decorated everything and everyone around her. She was a giver and always gave from her heart.

She faithfully attended New Life Christian Church and was a major impact to all ages in her church community. She was the life of the party, always classy. Her family was always by her side. She had great style no matter where she went, always bright with her long braided hair and sometimes accented with flowers. Her family & friends remember her beautiful inside and out, always selfless, ready to give her last to help. She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

Mrs. Robles is survived by her childhood sweetheart & husband of 57+ years, Mario Robles; Sons, Mario Roberto Robles & Erick James Robles; Sister Ana Herminia Aguilar de Peinado & Brother, John Arnold Aguilar, Grandchildren Ruby Janice Robles, Kathy Elizabeth Robles, Celso Angelo Robles, & Derek Lee Robles.
