Mabel Estella Hall

Mabel Estella hall, 87, born on June 24, 1932 in Roxbury, Massachusetts, passed away December 5, 2019. She resided in Lake Havasu City, Arizona at the time of her passing. Mabel was a generous and loving woman that always looked after the welfare of her family throughout her life.


Mom loved to laugh and was feisty, but very resilient and full of love for her family and friends. A person of modest means she and her husband Jim, still managed to successfully raise 5 children and welcomed 14 grandchildren and 19 Great grandchildren. She led by example and each was instilled with a sense of honesty, fairness and good will.


A great cook she was always ready to serve a meal to those that were hungry. A favorite pastime was going to the grocery store to make sure she had plenty of food for the household or anyone that came by.


Mom/Grandma was an extremely thoughtful person who once a year tried to call each family member and offer a personal "Sing-a-gram" for their birthday.


She will be lovingly remembered by many for her kindness and concern for everyone around her always looking for opportunities to help others and encourage a positive perspective. She welcomed everyone into her home whether they were a relative or stranger and tried to make everyone feel at ease.


The World was certainly a better place with Mom in it, and her passing will leave an enormous hole that will be difficult to fill. She will be sorely missed by family and friends.
