Lynne Elaine Estabrook

October 5, 1957 — August 30, 2016

Lynne Elaine Estabrook (nee Ritz), born October 5, 1957, age 58, passed away August 30, 2016 in her home of more than 20 years in Anaheim, CA, where she lived with her son, Paul, her roommate and long-time friend, David Barwig, and their loving dog, Rascal.

Lynne was born October 5, 1957 in Buffalo, NY, loving daughter of William and Joyce Ritz of Los Alamitos, CA. Beloved mother of Paul Scott, and sister of Lisa Ritz, she was married to the late Michael Estabrook. Lynne was an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Los Alamitos. She was also an enthusiastic supporter of the choral music programs at Los Alamitos High School, where she got to travel the nation with the National Champion show choir alongside her son and family. Prior to her early retirement due to physical disabilities, she served as an Administrative Assistant / Purchasing Agent with the Eden Company in Pomona. She will be remembered by many as an enthusiastic waitress at Mike's and several other local restaurants where she always made certain that the customer's prime rib dinner was just right. Lynne would want to be remembered as the dancing queen and pool champion of her youth, and close friend to many in her home state of New York; the person she was before any of her health problems. Most of all, she will always be in our memories as the super-enthusiastic Mom who never missed any performance in which her beloved son, Paul, performed!

A memorial service will be held at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Los Alamitos, on Saturday, October 29 at 1 p.m.. If desired, memorial donations in her honor may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church (3352 Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos, CA 90720)(www.blcla.org)
