Lynn Sherlock Desantis

Lynn Sherlock DeSantis, 66, of Palm Desert, Calif., passed away November 17, 2012 in Palm Desert of complications of MS. She was born June 30, 1946 to John and Margaret Sherlock in Westfield, Mass. She married Richard DeSantis on December 3, 1971 in San Francisco, Calif. Lynn was a West Coast Retail Manager and National Capitol Parks Operations Manager in Washington D.C. and Special Events Manager at the Palm Desert Library. She was a member of the Board of Directors of ACT for MS. She is survived by her spouse, Richard DeSantis; sons, Jonathan DeSantis of Rancho Mirage, Calif., Daniel Gebremeskal of Washington D.C., and Anthony DeSantis of Palm Springs, Calif.; sisters, Ann Sherlock of Orange, Mass. and Susan Sherlock of Springfield, Mass.; daughter-in-law, Beata DeSantis and two grandchildren, Victoria and Khi. Memorial services will be held in Palm Desert in the spring. Interment will be in Westfield. The family suggests that donations be made to ACT for MS, Palm Desert, Calif., (760) 773-9806.
