Lydia M. Reyes, 76, born on July 4, 1941, in Guadalajara, Mexico, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on August 29, 2017. She resided in Cathedral City, California at the time of her passing. Lydia is remembered lovingly by her husband of 54 years, Joe Z. Reyes and their five daughters, Angie (Jim) Navarro of Dayton, WY, Gloria (Marcus) Black, Irene Canales, Rachel Reyes and Star (Terry) Hutchinson all of Cathedral City, CA. Also 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat Jasmine. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister in-law, aunt and friend. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cathedral City, CA.
