Lutgarda M. Cabison

Lutgarda M. Cabison, 99, born on October 15, 1913, in Ibajay, Aklan, Philippines, passed away October 27, 2012. She resided in San Gabriel, California, U.S.A. at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Glendale, CA.

She is survived by her five children: Demetrio, Jr. (Nory), Estrella Luz, Jose Gil (Angelita), Edna Sol (Charles), and Manuel Ray (Esther).

She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren: Junette Celis (Rommel), Jane Ledesma (Francis), Demeterio III (Fe Marie), Stella Mejia (John Alers), John Arsenio Cabison (Melba), Jose Rex Cabison (Dacel), Paul Gil Cabison (Maricris), Ariel Domingo (Charito), Glenda Salcedo (Wilo), Arnold Domingo (Rosario), Grace Domingo, Gemma Domingo, Genallie Domingo, Therese Cabison and Joseph Cabison (Jane).

She is also survived and blessed with 27 great grandchildren: Ronessa Carton, Rizza Carton, Ronnie Carton, Justine Panela, Angel Panela, Jeanne Ledesma, Mary Antonette Ledesma, Franz Ledesma, Desrie Cabison, Jessee Ruiz, Johnny Espinosa, Katrina Cabison, Roselle Cabison, Joshua Cabison, Jason Cabison, Patricia Cabison, Alicia Cabison, Al John Domingo, Angelica Domingo, Cedric Domingo, Calvin Domingo, Mariah Salcedo, Joseph Salcedo, Roj Domingo, Ron Domingo, Reg Domingo, and Leo Ray Cabison.

Lutgarda was a retired public school teacher in the Philippines for 42 years. She immigrated to the United States with her late husband, Demetrio, Sr. in 1978 and has lived here since. She has always valued her work as a school teacher so she continued to work here in the United States as a Teacher's Aide.
