Born in the bustling city of Los Angeles on September 5, 1968, Luis was gifted with kindness and warmth that shone through in everything he did. His education was marked by brilliance, with his talents recognized from 1st through 8th grade, setting the foundation for a life filled with curiosity and learning.

One of Luis's greatest joys in life was spending time with his beloved family. From childhood days spent playing marbles and embarking on bike rides to peaceful fishing trips, his bond with Justino Augustin Delgado (Father), Mireya Delgado (mother), Isaura Delgado (sister), and Peter Delgado (brother) grew stronger with each passing year.

Luis possessed a heart as vast as the ocean he so loved to fish in. His kind and caring nature touched the lives of everyone around him, leaving an indelible mark of love and empathy. His passion for animals, admiration for sunsets, and joy in simple family gatherings illuminated the path he tread through life.

As friends and family gather to bid farewell to this remarkable soul, a Funeral Service will be held on April 26, 2024, at the Church of our Heritage in Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, Covina, CA. The service will be a reflection of the warmth and love that Luis exuded during his time among us.
