Luciana del Rosario Da Jose, 89, born on January 7, 1923, passed away on August 16, 2012. Lucing, as she is dearly known to her relatives and friends, was born in Cabanatuan City, Philippines and was a resident of Corona, California at the time of her passing. She was married for over 60 years to Atty. Leonardo da Jose, Sr., who passed away 4 years ago. She and her husband immigrated to California, United States in 1986 to join their two daughters and one son. They raised 10 children (Ernesto, Precy, Lorinda (d), Junior (d), Daisy, Ernie, Nimfa, Susan, Sanny, Rose), 7 daughters and 3 sons. They had 24 grandchildren (Maripet, Maricris, Maritess, Angie, Norman, Anna, Ethel, Jasper, Stephanie, Lori, Charlie, Susan, Murriel, Michael, Chris, Jopee, Coco, Iggy, Mackie, Martin, Miggy, A.J., April, Julian) and 9 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, California.
