Luann Maxwell Marquez, born on January 12, 1961, in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025, in West Covina, California.
Luann was the beloved wife of Jorge Alberto Marquez and a devoted mother to her daughter Jessica Danielle Marquez (Benjamin Bock). She was the cherished daughter of Leslie Burt Maxwell and Marian Irene Pearce and a loving sister to Cathy (Kyle) and Jeff (Jeana).
Luann began her career with Southern Pacific Railroad, working in the Claims Department. After the birth of her daughter, she chose to dedicate herself fully to her family. Luann found joy in baking and creating treats for her loved ones. She was an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan and a proud supporter of USC Football.
Her kindness, generosity, and humor left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
May Luann’s memory bring comfort and peace to those who loved her.
