Louie Bouras

Louie Bouras, age 62 of Newton, NH formerly of Peabody, MA passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side on November 21, 2014.

He was born in Arfara, Greece on February 15, 1952 the son of the late Peter and Maria (Karagianis) Bouras. He was also raised and educated in Greece. Louie came to the U.S. at the age of 16 to join other family members already here.

Louie was a loving husband and father who enjoyed spending quality time with his family. He will be remembered as a happy and fun loving man who always had a smile on his face.

Louie is survived by his wife of 15 years, Mary T. (Davis) Bouras of Newton, NH. His daughter, Maria Bouras of Gloucester, MA. His sons; Peter Bouras of Peabody, MA, Louis Bouras of Newton, NH and Sean Bouras of Newton, NH. His sisters, Anna Stathoulopoulos and her husband, Andrea of Peabody, MA and Gianoula Sakas and her husband, Steve of Arfara, Kalamatas Greece. His brother, James Bouras and his wife, Katina of Lynn, MA. One grandson, two granddaughters and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive him.

Family and friends are invited to Louie's Life Celebration on Sunday, November 23, 2014 from 2 – 3:00 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street (Rt. 121A), Plaistow, NH 03865. Funeral services will take place following the Life Celebration at the funeral home at 3:15 PM.
