Lorraine Nauenburg Mccombs

Lorraine Nauenburg McCombs, 95, born on March 11, 1922, in Madison County, Nebraska, passed away March 18, 2017. She resided in Buena Park, California at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. She is survived by her son Ronald Nauenburg (wife Nancy) and daughter Terilynn Jezak (husband Nick), granddaughters Dawn Monte (husband Brandon), Jeanne Nauenburg, Lynda Ortiz, Kimberli Stack (husband Chris), Allison Turner, grandson Michael Jezak and great grandchildren Trevor Monte, Brian Monte, Tyler Turner, Wyatt Turner and Adelyn Stack. She was the oldest of eight children and is survived by her youngest sister Pat Settje. Lorraine loved spending time with her family, whether it was in the kitchen sharing her homemade recipes, out in the garden showing everyone her new blooming flowers or simply gathering to talk about what was new in each persons life. Lorraine was a strong and independent matriarch who was blessed with living independently until she was 93 years old. She will be missed greatly and her family will remember her fondly with memories and deep love.
