Lisa Faye Hutchins

Lisa Faye Hutchins , 57, passed away suddenly at her home on January 8, 2022. Born in Redding, California on February 7th, 1964, to parents Deola Doris Jones Hutchins and Charles Norman Hutchins.

Survived by both her parents and stepmother Deanna Hutchins as well as her siblings, Darrell Hutchins; Angelina Denise Hutchins; Crystal Nicole Flanegan; Kristina Comstock and CJ Hutchins. Brother- in - law Brian Flanegan and Mason Comstock; sister-in-law Jessica Hutchins. Nieces and nephews, Britney Hutchins, Amanda Hutchins, Darrell Ryan Hutchins (lucy), Brianna Flanegan, Jake Flanegan, Arabelle Flanegan, Taylor Comstock, Maverick Comstock. Great nieces and nephew, Oliver Brandon Hutchins, Chelsea Nicole Flanegan, Scarlett and Bailey Hutchins. Preceded by nephew Brandon Crim.

Lisa grew up in San Dimas, California and attended Gladstone Elementary school just walking distance from her home. Active in sports at an early age and receiving countless awards, from basketball to softball and soccer. She belonged to Girl Scouts and enjoyed camping alongside friends and grew a love for outdoor outings.

Later moving to Parker Arizona with her family she attended Wallace Elementary and Parker Highschool. She excelled in sports and became a popular young lady among her peers and even served on the Parker yearbook. At this time, she turned her skills toward dirt bikes, motocross, creating havoc among her competitors earning the slogan "Fastest Lady on Two Wheels ". There wasn't a challenge or an event that could stop her from earning numerous trophies alongside her older brother, who were known as" The Double Threat" creating many admirers and followers. Spending time at the Colorado River were her favorite pastimes, swimming, fishing, boating, the simple pleasures in life brought her great joy.

Later she moved to upstate New York where she grew a passion for music developing a love for guitars and became an accomplished player. Spending time at local concerts, traveling and getting to know band members is where she spent a majority of her free time. During this period her favorite musicians were Heart, and Joan Jett later admiring Adele and Lady Gaga. Before returning to her roots in Southern California and settling in her forever home she lived in Las Vegas and even Hawaii for a short minute.

Let's not forget her deep love for all animals, there wasn't a day Lisa didn't have a furry companion by her side. She always said her cherished pets will be waiting for her on the other side of that "Rainbow Bridge". Waiting to see a smiling face, hear her voice and embrace her open arms. She is survived by her beloved dog, Precious. Lisa would not want us to grieve over her loss, but to remember the best times, the laughter, the joy we all shared, and most of all to be kinder to one another, compassionate, and more understanding to all.

Funeral services will be held at Forest lawn Cemetery, 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, California on Thursday February 10th at the Church of Our Heritage.
Doors open at 2pm and service begins at 230pm. Interment will follow at the Garden of Family love. Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Hutchins, Darrell Hutchins, CJ Hutchins, Darrell Ryan Hutchins, Brian Flanegan, and Jake Flanegan. All family and friends are welcome to attend .
