With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Lisa Ann Howell, a beloved mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. Lisa was born on January 29, 1982, in Orange, California. She spent her childhood surrounded by love and laughter, growing up with her mother Sandra and her siblings James, Christian, and Denise.

Lisa attended Jordan High School, where she forged lifelong friendships and began to shape her future. In 2002, she joined the Job Corps, a decision that would pave the way for the dedicated and compassionate life she led. Lisa’s journey brought her to Long Beach, where she raised her four cherished children: Curtis, Ci’Aira, Nevaeh, and Joshua. Her first grandchild, Nova, brought even more joy and light into her life.

In 2016, Lisa married the love of her life, Eric Howell, whom she had known since the tender age of 16. Their bond was a testament to true love and partnership. Together, they embarked on countless adventures, embracing every moment and creating beautiful memories. 

Lisa was a devoted mother who dedicated her life to the happiness and well-being of her children. She exemplified selflessness and generosity, always putting her loved ones before herself. Her nurturing spirit extended to all who knew her, leaving a lasting impact on many hearts.

One of the special joys in Lisa’s life was her dog, King, a loyal companion gifted by her husband Eric over a decade ago. In her honor, King will now be lovingly cared for by Lisa’s mother, Sandra.

Lisa leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Jenkins; her sister, Denise Clark; her brother, James Jenkins; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is reunited in peace with her youngest brother, Christian, and her son Antwone.
