Linda Keutzer, a beloved member of the community, was born in Peoria, IL on March 30, 1942 to Floyd and Cleo Maxine Connett. She passed away on June 28,2024, in Indio, CA.

Education played a significant role in Linda's life as she attended Western Illinois University and Illinois Valley Community College. Her thirst for knowledge and growth never ceased. as she worked at Sundstrand in Ames Iowa and shared her knowledge as a teacher of Information Technology at Illinois Valley Community College. Her commitment to education and excellence touched the lives of many.

Those who knew Linda understood her as a bright, friendly, and caring lady. Her warm personality endeared her to all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her. Her genuine kindness left a lasting impact on everyone she met.

Outside of work and academics, Linda thrived in her love for music. It was a deep-seated passion that brought her immense joy throughout her life. Among her proudest accomplishments was her active involvement in barbershop harmony, both as a participant and director—following in the footsteps of her parents. Additionally, she dedicated her voice to St Mary's church choir, where her melodious contributions resonated with the congregation.

Apart from music, she found fulfillment in traveling. From adventures in an Airstream to memorable cruises around the globe, Linda embraced new experiences with an open heart.

In this time of loss, Linda is survived by her brother Steve Connett and his wife Pat, nephew John Connett and nieces Cathy Kamionka, Susie Landers and their respective families. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands Jack Kubera, Eugene Keutzer and Robert Yuill. While she has departed from this world, Linda's memory lives on through the countless lives she touched and the legacy of kindness she leaves behind.

Her life was celebrated on August 7th at St Mary's Catholic Church in Peru, and she was interred at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.

May Linda rest in peace knowing that she made a profound impact on those around her and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
