Libby was born on July 20, 1947 to Walter and Clarita Boloy in the Philippines. After graduating the University of Santo Tomas (UST), Libby made her way to the US to pursue a career in healthcare for over 50 years as a Registered Nurse.
Libby went on to live a fruitful life bearing three children, Christopher “Chris”, Kristine “Tina” and Cicero “Wally”. She is also the proud sister to Helen and Chaly. Regardless of blood ties, those who were honored to be part of her life were always regarded as family to Libby.
Libby was a spirited, loving and helpful soul, as evident through the many lives she connected with. Her interests included spending quality time with loved ones and graciously moving across the ballroom dance floor.
