Lewis N. Gould

Kingston, NH:   Mr. Lewis N. Gould, 72, of Kingston, NH and formerly of Newton, NH, died on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at his home.  

Born and raised in Haverhill, MA, son of the late George and Barbara (Smith) Gould, he graduated from the former Haverhill Trade School, with the Class of 1955. He was the Co-owner of the Complete R.V. in Kingston, NH, which was founded in 1990.  Mr. Gould previously worked as a truck driver for Brewer Petroleum, Revere, MA and for J.P. Noonan, Bridgewater, MA.

A member of Holy Angels Parish, Plaistow, NH, he was an avid fisherman who enjoyed traveling.  He maintained a wintertime home in Port Charlotte, FL where he enjoyed watching the Boston Red Sox play during spring training.  He was also devoted to his Boxer "Lexxi"'.

He was survived by his wife of 55 years, Joyce (Conte) Gould; a son, Lewis N. Gould, Jr. of Haverhill, MA; three daughters, Deborah A. Mills and her husband, Kenny of Kingston, Luann P. Gould of Plaistow and Darlene M. Moran and her husband, Scott of Raymond; a brother, George Gould of Haverhill; three sisters, Nancy Merritt and Janice Donohue, both of Port Charlotte, FL and Barbara Guevin of Sarasota, FL; ten grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  He was pre-deceased by a son, Jeffrey M. Gould, who died in 1985, a brother, Francis Gould and a great-grandaughter, Ava Rose Moran.

Relatives and friends may call on Monday, January 16, 2012, from 4 to 8 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., (Route 121A), Plaistow, NH.  His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at 10 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Haverhill, MA.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Jeffrey Michael Gould Scholarship Fund, c/o Sanborn Regional High School, 17 Danville Road, Kingston, NH 03848.
