Lenard Stuessel

Lenard “Len” Martin Stuessel, 88, of Palm Desert, CA, passed away on February 12, 2024 peacefully in his sleep.

Len was born December 27, 1935 to Ervin and Agnes Stuessel in Eddy, TX. He was one of two children. 

In 1954, Len married his beloved Rita and went on to have three beautiful children, Cathy, Lenard “Kirk”, and Lamar “Kevin”.

Len was a loving family man who enjoyed working in his yard and spending evenings on the back patio with Rita watching the sunset and listening to the airplanes fly by. 

Len was predeceased by his parents Ervin and Agnes Stuessel and his brother J.D. Stuessel. He is survived by his wife Rita, his three children Cathy, Kevin, and Kirk along with five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A viewing at 10:00am followed by a service at 11:00am will be held at Palm Desert Church of Christ at 78135 Ave 42, Bermuda Dunes, CA 92203 on Friday, February 23, 2024.
