Leila Helen Macciocca

LEILA HELEN MACCIOCCA nee Awoonor-Renner was born on January 30, 1953 in Monrovia, Liberia West Africa. She attended the Freetown Secondary School for Girls. She relocated to the United States in 1972 and resided in Los Angeles California. She continued her education in Pepperdine University, a private University in Malibu California with a Degree in Accounting. Leila's career was in the Transportation Industry. She worked at Dav-EL Limousine Services as a Payroll Administrator for 14 years. She also worked at Empire CLS for the past 15 years as a Human Resource Manager until her demise.
Leila Macciocca departed this life at the age of 67 years old on Monday, March 16, 2020 approximately 4:16 PM at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Panorama City, California as a devoted Christian, Sister, Wife and Mother. She is survived by her husband Alfred Macciocca, Son Nicolas Macciocca and Daughter-in-Law Felicia Macciocca. Her Siblings, Kwame William Awoonor-Renner, Charles Awoonor-Renner, Dudley Awoonor-Renner, Doreen Peters and Beverly Awoonor-Renner. Sisters-in-Law Elizabeth and Christiana Awoonor-Renner. Brother-in-Law Akin Peters. Nieces Courtney Lockridge, Charlene Williams, Jessica Olarewaju, Chelsea and Charisse Awoonor-Renner. Nephew Denzley Awoonor-Renner. Aunt Margaret D. Taylor, First Cousin Nelson Taylor and several other relatives and friends in the continental United States, London England, Liberia, and Sierra Leone.
