Leif Ray (Toby) Tobiassen was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 6th, 1933. He was welcomed into the house of the Lord on February 24th, 2013 after a long, courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Toby was a long time resident of Walnut, California, where he lived with his wife and best friend of 57 years, Arlene. Toby was a father to five, Papa to fifteen, great grandfather to two, and a loving friend to everyone he encountered. He was a cheerful, kind, and faithful man who enjoyed art, cooking, being in the mountains, learning about our Lord and Savior, and living by His word. Above all else, Toby had a fierce love and pride for his family. They will miss him dearly until they join him in Paradise.
