Kyung Chung Kim

Kyung Kim, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on October 2, 2025, in Riverside, California, at the age of 77. Born on May 10, 1948, in Seoul, Korea, Kyung lived a life filled with dedication, love, and joy.

He is survived by his cherished spouse, Young Hee, alongside their two sons, Peter and Sean. Kyung took great pride in being a father and cherished the time spent with his grandchildren, Mason and Micah, who were the lights of his life. His daughter-in-law, Erika, held a special place in his heart as a valued member of the family.

Kyung's life was marked by his kindness, strong work ethic, and the love he shared with his family. His gentle demeanor and kind spirit will be remembered fondly by friends and family alike.

In celebration of Kyung's life, a visitation will be held on October 15, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at the same location from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Both events will take place at Forest Lawn - Covina Hills, Acacia Room, located at 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina, CA 91724.

Kyung Kim will be deeply missed by all whose lives he touched, and his warmth and kindness will be deeply missed.
