Kirisimasi Vineta Noa

Kirisimasi Vineta Noa, born in Western Samoa on December 26, 1931, passed away at age 91 on December 07, 2023. She resided in Long Beach, CA at the time of her passing. She is survived by her 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 10 great-grand-children, and 1 great-great-grand-child. She was married to the late High Chief, Leutulava Teila Noa, for 48 years before his passing on April 16th, 2001. Kirisimasi was known as a highly respected teacher in Western Samoa as well as Hawaii for 35 years before her retirement in 1987. Since her retirement, she was very much involved in her Samoan Community in LA County conducting survey's for Breast Cancer and Diabetes Awareness. In addition, she was also active in her Congregation duties as a Sunday school teacher, Samoan cultural advisor, and as a Deacon serving Vai Ole Ola Christian Congregational Church under direction of late Elder Rev. Andrew Leavasa. She retired from her duties in 2013 when she became ill up until her passing.
