Kenneth 'Ken' Wicken II, known fondly as Kenny, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2025. Kenny was born on Aug 8, 1966, he led a life filled with devotion to family, faith and the joy of simple pleasures.

Kenny is survived by his loving family: his son, Jacob Wicken; his parents, Kenneth Wicken I and Laurie Jefferies; his step-mother, Pat Wicken; his sister, Deb Wicken; and his cousins, Jill Robertson, Rick Baker, and Leah Burkhart. He leaves us to reunite with his beloved daughter, Kimberly Wicken, who predeceased him. He is also fondly remembered by his ex-wife, Melissa Wicken, whom he married in 1996; they later divorced in 2012.

A proud Christian man, Kenny was passionate about music, the outdoors, and learning new things, especially those relating to the Bible. His favorite foods were his mom's roast beef dinner and walnut dessert, pizza, and beef dip sandwiches. He enjoyed Coca-Cola, and was a fan of Pink Floyd, The Grateful Dead, and Hank Williams. Some of his favorite ways to enjoy his spare time included playing video games and Tripoly, hiking, and watching 'The Chosen'.

Kenny began working for Fox Sports in 2018, a job that brought him a great deal of satisfaction and where he earned the respect of his coworkers. They even took Kenny and a few family members on a memorable deep-sea fishing trip in February. One of the things he was most proud of were his children, Jacob Lee and Kimberly Michelle. Jacob's dedication and support, especially during his father's brave battle with cancer, were of particular comfort to Kenny.

Kenny had a heart full of kindness and a great sense of humor. His ability to make people smile and bring comfort to those around him will be sorely missed. An advocate for the cause PreBorn!, he cared deeply about giving to those in need. In his memory, donations can be made at https://preborn.com/.

His favorite vacation spot was Zion National Park, a place where he indulged his love for hiking and the great outdoors. From his love of the Bible to his zeal for exploring the world, Kenny embodied a spirit of curiosity and faith that will continue to inspire his loved ones. He leaves behind a legacy of strength, humor, and love that will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
