Kenneth Villacruz, 52, born on February 25, 1972, in Manila, Philippines, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2024. He was a proud graduate of Mira Mesa High School and earned not only his Bachelors degree in criminal justice from National University, but also his Masters degree in public administration; contributing to USCIS as a Labor Management Specialist for 28 years of service. Kenneth was a devoted husband to his wife, Fatima, for 24 years of marriage. Together, they built a life full of love, laughter, and adventure. Kenneth was also a loving father to his two children Angelyne (20) and Noah (14), who were the light of his life and continue to live his profound legacy. He was known to be a family oriented man that always put the three of them first. In the light of family, Kenneth also has a younger sister, Judi, that he protected and cared for. With only a 19 month age gap, they were always attached at the hip and immensely supported each other through all endeavors whilst growing up. He will forever be a beloved son to his mother, Zenaida, and father, Epifanio; in which he proudly lived up to the Villacruz name. He will be forever be remembered with grace, love, and happiness. ❤️
Kenneth was known for his generosity, big heart, sense of humor, and unwavering support toward his family and friends. As the social butterfly he was, Kenneth touched the lives of anyone and everyone that he met. He will eternally be a beacon of hope, strength, and selflessness.
Kenneth's viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025 at Forest Lawn, Cypress in the Hope Chapel from 9am to 9pm. Following, his funeral will occur on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 at Forest Lawn, Cypress in the Patriots Chapel at 9am.
