Kenneth Gene Pridy passed away peacefully at home at the age of 90 on July 8, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Charline, daughters Cindie Pridy and Jennifer Mathis, grandchildren Blake Mathis and Britney Krugman, grandson-in-law Aaron Krugman, and great grandchildren Abigail and Jacob Krugman. Ken served proudly on the Long Beach Fire Department for 31 years retiring as Captain and was also an active masonic member. However, the heart and soul of his retirement was traveling the world with his wife Charline and participating in the activities of his grandchildren Britney and Blake. Services will be held July 27, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cypress, California..
