Obituary
Kenneth Wayne Hooker Sr. was born on February 20, 1957 to James and Wyvorn Hooker. He was born in Carthage, Texas and is the middle sibling of two brothers; Harold and Lyndon Hooker.
Kenneth grew up in the church and singing in the choir with his mother and two brothers. Kenneth and his family later moved to Los Angeles, California; where he graduated from high school and went on to graduate from a trade school.
Kenneth later got married and had four children. He loved to go camping, fishing, boating and barbequing with family and friends. He was also a huge sports fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, the LA Dodgers, and the now Las Vegas Raiders. Kenneth was a man of God, (member of Greater Faith Grace Baptist church in September 2019), loving husband, father, brother, son, and grandfather.
Kenneth leaves behind his wife of 39 years (Catrina Hooker), two brothers (Harold Hooker and Lyndon Hooker), four children (Tanisha Simms, Tiara Hooker, Davion Hooker, and Kenneth Hooker Jr), five sister in-laws (Sandra Wilhite, Carolyn Wilhite, Starnita Wilhite, Joanne Hooker, and Regina Hooker), and handful or nieces, nephews and cousins. Nine grandchildren (Niyshe Anderson, Harmonie Hooker, Anthony Pimentel Jr, Kenneth Hooker 3rd, Tifany Anderson, Mariah Hooker, Davion Hooker Jr, Isaiah Hooker, Harper Hooker), and one grandchild on the way and his loving pet Peanut.
