Kenneth Victor Foster, former Postmaster of Fullerton, Calif. (1979-1989), passed away December 26, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Stella Foster; his son, Kenneth M. Foster and his wife, Jacqueline S. Foster. There will be no services at the request of the family. Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries.
