Kathryn Joyce Gage, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Russell Gerard Gage and Beverly (Pierson) Gage. Child of God. Longtime Pasadena and La Canada resident. Accomplished musician. Three-time national debate champion. Published author. Prolific fundraiser for evangelism and relief projects in Africa and China. Sunrise Senior Living San Gabriel cared for her extraordinarily well the past five years until her death. Survived by son Christopher (and wife Lisa) Call of Santa Barbara, CA; daughter Lori Call of Santa Barbara, CA; granddaughters Erin (Call) Almaraz of Ventura and Janna Call of Seattle, WA; sister Meri Gage Lightbody of Altoona, PA; and former husband Merlin Call of Pasadena.

A Service of Remembrance will be held at the Wee Kirk o' the Heather Chapel at Forest Lawn 1712 S. Glendale Blvd, Glendale on Friday, October 28 at 5:30 p.m. Webcast details will be posted for Kathryn Call on the Forest Lawn Glendale website. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's honor may be made to the Call Family Scholarship Fund at Fuller Theological Seminary.
