Kathleen Kaeka, 77, born on May 31, 1947, in Detroit, MI, United States, passed away March 15, 2025. She resided in Lakewood, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Cypress, CA.

She poured love into every role she played—whether as a devoted mother, a cherished sister, grandmother, great grandmother, or a friend who always knew just what to say. Her generosity knew no bounds, and her presence made every gathering brighter.

She found joy in life’s simple moments: the laughter of loved ones, the beauty of a drive down the coastline, and the comfort of a heartfelt conversation. She had a gift for making people feel loved. Though our hearts ache at her passing, we find comfort in the countless memories she left behind. She taught us how to love deeply, laugh often, and live fully. Her legacy of kindness and joy will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.

She is now reunited with those who went before her, watching over us with the same fierce love she gave in life.

Though she is no longer physically with us, her love remains, woven into the fabric of our lives. Rest peacefully, dear Kathleen/Mom/Nana you will be missed beyond measure and loved always.
