June R. (comer) Patnaude

Haverhill, MA: June R. (Comer) Patnaude, 86, of Haverhill and a former longtime resident of Plaistow for thirty years, died on December 7, 2015 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.

Born in Salem, MA, daughter of the late Charles and Gladys (Willette) Comer, she was raised in Danvers, MA and attended Danvers Public Schools. She also attended Appleton Academy in New Ipswich, NH.

Mrs. Patnaude was employed as an Assembler at AT&T and Lucent Technologies, from where she retired after many years of service. She had been previously employed as a bank teller at Mount Village Savings Bank in Greenville, NH.

A member of the Come Alive After Five Ballroom Dancing group in Methuen, she was also an active member of the Citizens Center in Haverhill. Mrs. Patnaude enjoyed crafts, braiding rugs, and reading.

She is survived by her sons, Jeff Patnaude and his wife Kelly of Danville, NH, and Dennison McKay of Conway, NH, her dear companion, Merrill Sandler of Haverhill, a brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Patricia Comer, a sister-in-law, Jane Comer all of Manchester, NH, five grandchildren, Christopher Patnaude and his fiancé Katherine McNair, Jeffrey Patnaude, Julia Patnaude, Sarah McKay, and Jared McKay, three great grandchildren, Josie Patnaude, Olivia Capone, and Joe Manzano, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her former husband, Raymond Patnaude, her daughter, Kathleen Patnaude, and her brothers, Robert and Charles Comer.

Private funeral services will be held at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH with burial in Plaistow, NH.
