June Beuselinck

June 2, 1939 — July 18, 2025

June Beuselinck, 86, born on June 02, 1939, in Hibbing, MN, United States, passed away July 18, 2025. She resided in Anaheim, CA at the time of her passing. She is survived by her brothers Russell and Wayne and sister-in-law Elvere.

June, her parents Laura and Kenney, and her brother Russell moved from Minnesota to Los Alamitos in 1945. Near that time, June contracted measles, unfortunately leading to severe hearing loss which she lived with amazingly well. Her family continued to grow, and brothers Jack and Wayne were born in California. She attended Anaheim High School, Class of 1957. June worked as an IBM keypunch operator.

June was asked to go out on a double date with a young man named Herman literally from across the street. Well, the date must have gone well, she ended up marrying Herman in 1963 and they bought their first home in Anaheim shortly after. They went on to have 3 kids between 1964-1967, Elizabeth, Laurie, and Steven. June left IBM to become a homemaker, and she was good at it. She was a great cook, "taxidriver", and supported her kids with all her heart. She carried on the Christmas cookie tradition started by her Mom, and her pot roast dinners were a huge favorite. Outings for the Beuselinck kids included trips down Beach Blvd to Huntington Beach, even though June would not allow herself to be in the sun for more than an hour. June and Herman attended many baseball games, colorguard competitions, and football games over the years, and she really looked forward to them. June was active at St. Justin's Catholic Church and served as a eucharistic minister. June and Herman supported their kids through college, and all launched successful careers. Weddings followed, and soon they had grandkids, Tasha, Emily, Blaine, Tanner, Morgan, Sara and Carson. Of course, grandkids were June's pride and Joy. Trips to get frozen yogurt, playing nail salon, making cookies were favorite activities.

When June would see her kids or grandkids, a great big hug and kiss were guaranteed!  It's just part of June's personality, and her Mom was the same way, very welcoming and always glad to see you.  She loved Herman deeply, and he became her husband of 61 years.  Herman passed away a little more than a year ago, and June missed him immensely.  They are now together again in heaven.  They both are sorely missed, a sign of a life well lived.  RIP June.
