Apr 8, 1966 — May 22, 2026

Julio Toro, fondly known by those close to him as "Who," passed away peacefully on May 22, 2026, at his home on Steamboat Drive in BHC, Arizona. Born on April 8, 1966, in Los Angeles, California, Julio’s life was a testament to kindness, dedication, and a deep love for his family and community.

Julio’s journey was marked by entrepreneurial spirit and a strong bond with his brother Dan. Together, they founded Toro Woodworks in 1997, a company that under their leadership evolved into Woodcastle Construction Inc. Over the course of 29 years, what began as a simple venture grew into a proud legacy of craftsmanship and service—a true reflection of their hard work and commitment.
