Julianne Saige

Julianne Saige, 87, born on December 31, 1936 - December 20, 2024. She resided in Pomona, CA at the time of her passing. Julianne was married to Melvin L. Saige who departed this life before her. She was a mother to three children: Linda, Melvin (predeceased), and Patricia. She was also a loving grandmother. 

 Julianne was a beautiful person that was always reaching out to help others. She cared for the homeless in her community for over 20 years, through making sack lunches every month, filling backpacks with school supplies (for the school children), making cupcakes for special occasions and providing toys and necessities for families at Christmas time.

 Julianne had a great love for the Lord and her faith. She was a member of San Antoinio Heights Church for many years. Julianne was always one of the first to step in and lend a helping hand. She would visit church members that were in need of a friendly visit, she would be the photographer for many of the church functions and outings, she would serve at receptions for loved ones that had passed and give comfort to those who needed it. There were so many more things that were included in her years of love and serving.  Julianne was definitely a Gem. 

She has left behind many family members and friends that loved her dearly. She will definitely be missed.  

  Arrangements are under the care of Forest Lawn, Covina Hills, CA. Services are January 3, 2025, graveside at 9:30 a.m.  There will be a Celebration of Life to follow at San Antonio Heights Community Church at 12:00 p.m. 2520 N. Euclid Ave, Upland, Ca 91784
