Judy Locaberte Moran

Judy Locaberte Moran, 57, born on November 5, 1963, in Philippines, passed away September 30, 2021. She resided in Carson, CA at the time of her passing. Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Lawn, Cypress, California. Judy immigrated to United States in 1982. Judy was born in Miaga Masbate in the Philippines. She's the eldest out of six children. In the U.S. she lived with her father Nemesio Moran who served in U.S. Navy. She graduated at Wilson High School in Long Beach and attended two years at Long Beach City College. She took courses in nursing and she worked at Nursing facility in Long Beach. She later worked as caregiver for private patient in private residences.

Judy enjoyed travel, visiting friends, and occasional trip to local casinos in Southern California. Her favorite dishes include adobo, steak and lobster, and vegetables with coconut milk. She is survived by her husband Daniel Laconsay. She has two children living in the Philippines, Teresa and Leandro. One daughter living in the U.S. named Lynn. With 15 grandchildren she will be missed by everyone. Let us pray for her soul and eternal life in the kingdom of heaven.
