East Kingston, NH: Judith A. (Maslowski) Bartlett, 67, a resident of East Kingston for the last thirty-eight years died on August 18, 2014 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill following a lengthy illness.

Born, raised, and educated in Haverhill, daughter of the late Chesley and Mary (Srybny) Maslowski, she graduated from St. James High School with the Class of 1964. She went on to attend Lynn Hospital School of Nursing, where she received her degree in nursing, and received a Bachelor of Science from St. Anselm's College. Mrs. Bartlett also held a certificate in Diabetic Education.

Mrs. Bartlett was first employed as a Registered Nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital and later at the former Hale Hospital. She also worked as a librarian at the East Kingston Library for many years and was most recently employed by the Merrimack Valley Visiting Nurses Association for twenty-three years.

A member of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish at Holy Angels Church, Mrs. Bartlett enjoyed knitting, quilting, and traveling. A devoted mother and grandmother, she most enjoyed the time she shared with her family and her beloved dog, Biscuit, and spending summers on Mascoma Lake in Enfield, NH.

She is survived by her loving husband of thirty-nine years, William D. Bartlett, two daughters, Kourtney A. Bartlett-Kiechle and her husband William Kiechle of Holbrook, MA, and Emily M. Radin and her husband Jeffrey of Milford, NH, a brother, Chesley J. Maslowski and his wife Marie of Haverhill, two grandchildren, Jacob Radin and Eloise Radin, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Smith.

Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, August 21, 2014 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. Her funeral will begin on Friday at 10 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Holy Angels Church, 8 Atkinson Depot Road, Plaistow, NH. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Haverhill. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Bedford, NH 03110, or to Merrimack Valley Hospice, 360 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA 01843.
