Juanito Romano

Juanito “Itoy” Romano, 75, was born on February 28, 1951, in the Philippines, where he was raised before coming to the United States in 1984. Itoy passed away on September 27, 2026, while residing in Anaheim, California. He shared 54 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Maria Fe, and together they built a life centered around faith and family. He was a loving father to Jhoanna Roubedeaux, Dionne Romano-Austin, and Jimmy Romano, and a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren whom he loved dearly. Itoy was a man of strong faith and attended OCGrace Church. Those who knew him will remember his outgoing and social personality, his sense of humor, and the joy he brought to family gatherings. He loved playing golf, gardening, spending time with his grandchildren, and being surrounded by the people he loved. Birthdays with Itoy were never complete without him singing “Happy Birthday” and stretching out his signature ending, “And many moreeeeee,” a small tradition his family will always remember with a smile. Above all, Itoy treasured his faith and his family, and the love and laughter he shared with them will remain an enduring part of his legacy. Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation and wake on Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn – Hope Chapel, 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, CA 90630. The funeral service will be held Friday, October 23, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn – Patriots Chapel, followed by the graveside burial from 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A reception and celebration of Itoy’s life will follow at 5:00 p.m. at OCGrace Church, 12702 Ninth Street, Garden Grove, CA 92840, in the Upper Room. Dinner will be served.
