Juana Quinones, born on December 3, 1958, in Jerez Zacatecas, has left us on December 31, 2023, leaving behind a lifetime of memories and cherished moments. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her loved ones that will never be filled.
Juana was a remarkable woman with an infectious love for both music and dancing. Whether it was the soaring melodies or the rhythm that moved her feet, she found solace and pure joy on the dance floor.
A good listener with a compassionate heart, Juana was always there for her family and friends. Known for her sage advice and unwavering support, she had a knack for making people feel heard and understood. The empathy she possessed made her an invaluable confidante to many.
One of Juana's proudest accomplishments in life was her victory over cancer. With strength and determination akin to that of a warrior, she fought fiercely against this formidable adversary and emerged triumphant. Her courage served as an inspiration to all those around her, proving that through determination and resilience, even the greatest challenges can be overcome.
Juana's adoring husband of 45 years, Jesus Quiñones, as well as her loving grandchildren and friends survive her. They will carry her memory within their hearts forever, cherishing the laughter shared and the love bestowed upon them.
To honor Juana's exceptional life, funeral services will be held at Forest Lawn Long Beach in Long Beach, California on January 22nd. The funeral service will commence at 5:00 PM and conclude at 7:00 PM on this day of remembrance.
